The 8 stations, with method
Hyrox combines running and functional work in a unique format. At the Hybrid Center in Figueres, well connected to Girona and the whole Alt Empordà, we prepare you station by station, with real progression.
Our training programme is designed by a team with experience in the discipline. We cover every necessary area: cardiovascular endurance, functional strength, running technique and transitions.

In HYROX you compete across 8 functional stations, each preceded by 1 km of running. We train all of them — with method and progression.
SkiErg
1,000 m of upper-body power and aerobic endurance
Sled Push
50 m sled push under accumulated fatigue
Sled Pull
50 m rope sled pull, posterior chain and grip
Burpee Broad Jump
80 m of burpees with jump — highest energy cost
Rowing
1,000 m row, full aerobic engine
Farmers Carry
200 m with kettlebells, grip strength and posture
Sandbag Lunges
100 m weighted lunges, unilateral strength
Wall Balls
100 reps of power and coordination
