GAP — Glutes, Abs and Legs

Toning and strength in the three key areas, with coached technique every session.

Cardiox

Cardio and dynamic work for endurance and energy, with an instructor pacing the group.

Functional class

Progressive integrated movements for strength and mobility, in guided sessions for all levels.

GAP targets glutes, abs and legs with toning and strength work. Cardiox blends cardio and dynamic drills for endurance. Functional classes use integrated movements for strength and mobility, always with an instructor.
